The terms, in full

The minimum rental is 24 hours. Drivers must be 21 or over with a licence valid for at least six more months. Rates include VAT and an average allowance of 250 km per day across the rental period. Comprehensive insurance is provided in line with UAE law, with the excess set by the insurance contract. Hermas takes no security deposit on any car, for any duration. A document is signed at handover instead. Cancellation is free, with no deadline.

The Business Bay Crossing carries a Salik charge, capped at AED 7, and it is billed at cost with no markup. Traffic fines are passed on at face value with a small administrative fee.
