Do I need to pay a security deposit?
On most of the fleet it is your choice — rent with a refundable security deposit, or with no deposit at all against a document signed at handover. On the highest-value cars a deposit is required; the amount is shown on that car's page and refunded in full 28 days after the rental ends.
Is insurance included in the rental price?
Yes — comprehensive insurance and VAT are included in the price on every car.
Do you deliver the car?
Yes — free delivery anywhere in Dubai, including DXB airport, is included.
What is the minimum age to rent a car with Hermas?
The minimum age to rent with us is 21. You will also need a valid driving licence, and an International Driving Permit if your home licence is not accepted in the UAE.
Can I rent for a short period?
Yes — daily, weekly and monthly terms are all available, and short-term rentals are welcome.
