Al Quoz is our home ground – the office is in Al Quoz 1, just off Sheikh Zayed Road. That makes this the one area page where collecting in person is genuinely convenient: walk in, sign, drive out. Delivery is still free if you would rather the car came to you, at Alserkal Avenue, a warehouse studio or an apartment block alike.
Al Quoz is Dubai’s mixed industrial and arts district, home to Alserkal Avenue’s galleries and warehouses, stretching between Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. The terms, in full
The minimum rental is 24 hours. Drivers must be 21 or over with a licence valid for at least six more months. Rates include VAT and an average allowance of 250 km per day across the rental period. Comprehensive insurance is provided in line with UAE law, with the excess set by the insurance contract. Hermas takes no security deposit on any car, for any duration. A document is signed at handover instead. Cancellation is free, with no deadline.
Driving from Al Quoz
Al Quoz sits in the middle of the city’s grid: Sheikh Zayed Road on one side, Al Khail Road on the other, so Downtown, the Marina and Jumeirah are all about fifteen minutes. Salik applies on Sheikh Zayed Road, billed at cost and capped at AED 7 a crossing. Al Khail Road carries no Salik on this stretch.
