The terms, in full
The minimum rental is 24 hours. Drivers must be 21 or over with a licence valid for at least six more months. Rates include VAT and an average allowance of 250 km per day across the rental period. Comprehensive insurance is provided in line with UAE law, with the excess set by the insurance contract. Hermas takes no security deposit on any car, for any duration. A document is signed at handover instead. Cancellation is free, with no deadline.
Driving from Sheikh Zayed Road
The E11 runs the length of the city, so Downtown, DIFC, the Marina and the airport are all straight runs from any tower on it. Salik gates sit along the road and are billed at cost, capped at AED 7 a crossing. Parking at the towers is paid by the driver.
