The terms, in full

The minimum rental is 24 hours. Drivers must be 21 or over with a licence valid for at least six more months. Rates include VAT and an average allowance of 250 km per day across the rental period. Comprehensive insurance is provided in line with UAE law, with the excess set by the insurance contract. Hermas takes no security deposit on any car, for any duration. A document is signed at handover instead. Cancellation is free, with no deadline.

Driving from DIFC

DIFC is on the city side of Sheikh Zayed Road with Downtown across the road and Trade Centre alongside, so most business addresses in Dubai are a short run. Salik is billed at cost, capped at AED 7 a crossing, and DIFC parking is paid by the driver.
