Hermas Car Rental operates in Dubai. This page sets out what each service covers, what it costs where a price can be published, and where a rate is quoted for you instead. Every figure below is the rate actually listed on the car’s own page, so nothing here is a headline you will not find again at checkout.

Car rental

The fleet is 110 cars across 21 brands, from AED 259 a day to AED 7,999. They are grouped as 45 SUVs, 24 luxury cars, 22 sports cars, 17 saloons, 17 convertibles and 3 electric cars – a car can belong to more than one of those, so the groups overlap rather than add up.

Chauffeur service

A chauffeur can be arranged on request. 11 cars are offered with a driver, from AED 619 a day to AED 5,299, and those are the car rates – the driver is quoted separately for your dates and hours, because a half day of airport transfers and a full week of meetings are not the same job.

Yacht charter

Hermas also charters yachts in Dubai. There are 15 in the fleet, from a 48-foot Majesty up to an 88-foot one, and the rate is quoted on request rather than published, because a charter is priced by the hours you book and the season rather than by the day.

Long-term rental

Any car in the fleet can be taken for a month or longer. Long-term rates are quoted for the period rather than published as a monthly figure, and a rental of 30 days or more also brings free delivery outside Dubai, which a shorter one does not.

Delivery and collection

Delivery is free anywhere inside Dubai, with no minimum rental attached to it, and free outside Dubai on rentals of 30 days or more. Nine areas have their own page with the cars usually delivered there, including Dubai Marina, Downtown, Business Bay, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Deira, Al Barsha, DIFC and Dubai International Airport.

What every rental includes

Rates include VAT and an average allowance of 250 km per day across the rental period, and the minimum rental is 24 hours. Drivers must be 21 or over and hold a licence valid for at least six more months. Hermas takes no security deposit on any car, for any duration. A document is signed at handover instead. Cancellation is free, with no deadline.
