Hermas Car Rental delivers to International City free of charge. We are a delivery-based rental company: the car is brought to you at your building, your home or wherever suits you, and collected the same way at the end of the rental.
International City is one of Dubai’s largest affordable apartment communities, its clusters named after countries and anchored by Dragon Mart, off Al Awir Road in the east of the city. The minimum rental is 24 hours. Drivers must be 21 or over with a licence valid for at least six more months. Rates include VAT and an average allowance of 250 km per day across the rental period. Comprehensive insurance is provided in line with UAE law, with the excess set by the insurance contract. You can rent against a refundable deposit, which stands in place of separate insurance, or with no deposit at all against a document signed at handover. Cancellation is free, with no deadline.
Al Awir Road and Emirates Road connect International City to the rest of Dubai. Salik gates are charged at cost, up to a maximum of AED 7 per crossing. Comprehensive insurance and VAT are included on every rental.
